All right, today we’re in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, where we have an 11-year-old Burnham boiler that has failed and a leaky superstore, so we’re gonna remove all of this failed equipment, put a new piece of plywood on that back wall and re-pipe everything and install a lock and var Noble combination unit, which will deliver all the hot water and supply all the heat needed for this home. While we’re here, we’re also going to add a proper water filter to the water main to prevent any scale, rust particles, corrosion from occurring inside and damaging the plumbing or the new lock and var high efficient unit.
