The system was over 20 years old and we needed to remove the old equipment and upgrade it to some new high efficient equipment. We use York Affinity 97.7% efficient modulating condensing gas furnaces & AC equipment made in the USA. We also install Trion Air Bear high capacity air filters with the easy access filter cabinet, which makes replacing the filters very easy for our clients. How you doing? This is Ralph from Debacle Plumbing. Just wanted to show you a recent system we installed. We took out this old rotted out furnace and AC unit. Took out the old equipment that was rotting out. He had high carbon monoxide because the heat exchanger was rotted out, so we had to remove the whole system and upgrade it to new equipment. Here’s my son Mike out recovering the refrigerant out of the old R22 unit to EPA standards and there is the new York Affinity 97.7 percent efficient modulating gas furnace with the Trion Air Bear air filter cabinet, little picture of the old rotted and dusty return piping, and we got the system all set in place. Sid’s going to be coming in to do the sheet metal and then there’s a picture of the old unit all piped in and connected. And here we have my son Mike and master sheet metal technician Sid Dirky doing the sheet metal work, Mike doing some brazing there on the refrigeration lines. He’s getting real good at getting all this stuff together. Such a young kid, he’s doing a great job.
There’s the guru Sid Dirky at it, lining up the new return duct. Now he’s dropping some knowledge and giving Mike some tips. Now Mike’s had the nitrogen test passed and he’s getting the vacuum pump set up and then here it is, up and running, everything’s working great, cooling, heating. Outdoor unit’s completed and here’s a picture coming up of, there it is, the completed install, vented everything with the York Affinity 97.7 percent efficient modulating furnace with return Air Bear.
