I’m very happy with the services completed by Kyle LaValley for Generac generator maintenance and Michael DiBacco for boiler maintenance and possible replacement. They are family and work together. I felt they were very honest and was comfortable with them being in my home when I couldn’t be there. Call Ralph for Professional Service
My advice is call Ralph! He is professional in all respects. He is skilled, honest, efficient, and fair. When my gas boiler stopped working this winter, he came out immediately and got the old thing running again. I knew the fix was temporary and the boiler needed to be replaced (God bless its thirty years of service) so I arranged for Ralph to come back and replace it. He and his son showed up on time, broke down and hauled out the old one, installed the new one, and Ralph did not leave until he made sure every radiator in the house was working efficiently. If you need help, follow my advice—Call Ralph!

I had an aging combi boiler that was starting to have issues. I'd spoken to a few service providers and gotten mixed advice on whether to repair or replace my unit, and wildly different diagnoses of the problem(s).
I stumbled onto a YouTube video of DiBacco Plumbing repairing my exact model boiler and decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did! Ralph answered the phone immediately, and as I began describing my situation, he identified the issues I was seeing, described them to a T, and gave me a detailed description of the root cause of the problem. He laid out a few different repair and replacement options and gave me a clear list of pros and cons to each. He asked if I could send in photos of my system and was able to give me a (very reasonable) quote for a replacement the same day. Mike and Cody were on-site two business days later and completed the install without issue. They were clean, efficient, and professional. Best of all, these guys know the systems they install inside and out.

Amazing Team During Cold Snap
During an intense winter cold snap, our furnace/boiler failed. Ralph, his son, and their team were amazing. They responded to our distress call on a Sunday, created a temporary fix for the existing boiler, quickly developed a reasonably priced permanent replacement, and returned the next week to install a new tankless hot water heater. They were prompt, efficient, worked independently, and cleaned up after themselves. I’m pleased to recommend DiBacco Plumbing and would gladly use them again.
