I had an aging combi boiler that was starting to have issues. I'd spoken to a few service providers and gotten mixed advice on whether to repair or replace my unit, and wildly different diagnoses of the problem(s).
I stumbled onto a YouTube video of DiBacco Plumbing repairing my exact model boiler and decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did! Ralph answered the phone immediately, and as I began describing my situation, he identified the issues I was seeing, described them to a T, and gave me a detailed description of the root cause of the problem. He laid out a few different repair and replacement options and gave me a clear list of pros and cons to each. He asked if I could send in photos of my system and was able to give me a (very reasonable) quote for a replacement the same day. Mike and Cody were on-site two business days later and completed the install without issue. They were clean, efficient, and professional. Best of all, these guys know the systems they install inside and out.

During an intense winter cold snap, our furnace/boiler failed. Ralph, his son, and their team were amazing. Ralph just finished installing a complete boiler room setup for me: condensing boiler, 5 zones, 5 pumps, 5 mixing valves - he brought the boiler and zone piping prefabbed on a 4'x8' backer board - installed, and then spent time hooking up to both radiators and radiant floor manifolds I had installed in my house - very knowledgeable, good understanding, good communication, and above all, excellent integrity.
