I lost my furnace and AC system a few days ago. I reached out to DiBacco having never used them before but did so based on all the amazing reviews they received. I’ve never been so happy. Their service and my new heating and AC.
Ralph, Michael, Lesco, and Kyle, the electrician, were incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. The pricing was reasonable as well.
They were here the next day and started to install my new furnace prior to it getting cold again. They improved my venting system as well by sealing up all the leaks at no extra charge. They had my furnace up and running, so I did not have to be without heat.
My home is warmer and toastier than ever. I highly recommend them. They install with pride and make sure that it’s up to code. With something so important to your health and safety, you don’t want it done improperly. I plan on using them for all my plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical needs. I would give them more than five stars if it was possible.

Great work at a reasonable price
Mike and Cody arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment and got right to work. My Navien tankless water heater was having flow and temperature issues with the hot water sometimes suddenly stopping for seconds to minutes. They quickly diagnosed the issue (flow sensor and mixing valve) and had the needed replacement parts on their truck. Mike provided me a reasonable quote for the parts and labor, and half an hour later the hot water heater was again fully functional. Great work at a reasonable price and was done quickly. Not much more I could have asked for. Thank you!

I Would Highly Recommend DiBacco!
I needed a new gas boiler. I contacted DiBacco Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for a quote after reading some fantastic online reviews. Ralph came out the same day! I explained that I wanted a second opinion as I had received a quote from my current heating provider. He was very kind, polite, and thorough. He explained why my current unit didn’t last and gave me his opinion as to what he would do differently to extend the life of a new unit. He sent me a quote the same day. It was significantly less than what I was quoted by the other company and Ralph’s quote also included a whole house water filtration system. They completed the install yesterday and I am very happy! Michael and Cody worked very hard and they were here well after 5. They were polite, kind, and patiently answered all of my questions. They made sure all was clean and working properly before they left. I would highly recommend DiBacco! Thank you to all of you!

I had an aging combi boiler that was starting to have issues. I'd spoken to a few service providers and gotten mixed advice on whether to repair or replace my unit, and wildly different diagnoses of the problem(s).
I stumbled onto a YouTube video of DiBacco Plumbing repairing my exact model boiler and decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did! Ralph answered the phone immediately, and as I began describing my situation, he identified the issues I was seeing, described them to a T, and gave me a detailed description of the root cause of the problem. He laid out a few different repair and replacement options and gave me a clear list of pros and cons to each. He asked if I could send in photos of my system and was able to give me a (very reasonable) quote for a replacement the same day. Mike and Cody were on-site two business days later and completed the install without issue. They were clean, efficient, and professional. Best of all, these guys know the systems they install inside and out.
